Dirk Withake
Graduate economist Dirk Withake PMP/PfMP/PgMP is the Managing Director of Groiss Informatics GmbH in Klagenfurt and Business Unit Director for “Major Aeronautical Programs” at Frequentis AG in Vienna. After graduating in economics and business administration in Bochum/Germany, and Madrid/Spain, Dirk Withake began his career at Henkel CEE in Austria and as an expatriate in the USA, then switched to IT consulting with CSC Austria for 14 years. As a Principal Consultant for international project/program/portfolio management, Dirk Withake has advised companies such as BP, Sony, Disney, Paramount Pictures, and WEX. Since 2016, Dirk Withake has been working for Frequentis AG, leading a business unit with locations in Vienna and Cluj. Additionally, he was elected as President of the PMI (Project Management Institute) Chapter Austria for 2024/2025 and presents on project management topics at national and international congresses. Dirk Withake also teaches as an external lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna in the IT Project Management program.
Herbert Groiss
DI Dr. Herbert Groiss was a university assistant at TU Wien and the University of Klagenfurt. His research areas included active databases, expert systems, and workflow systems. He published over 20 scientific articles, many of them on workflow systems. He implemented the prototype of @enterprise and founded Groiss Informatics GmbH in 1998.
Since the sale of Groiss Informatics GmbH to Frequentis AG, he has been working as a consultant for the company.
Claudia Groiss
Mag. Claudia Groiss studied business administration at the University of Klagenfurt. She began her career at Creditanstalt-Bankverein, then worked for three years as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). From 1995 to 1997, she was a controller at Kurbetriebe Oberlaa. After her maternity leave, she has been working at Groiss Informatics GmbH since 1999.
Robert Eisner
DI Robert Eisner studied applied computer science at the University of Klagenfurt and wrote his diploma thesis on “Distributed Workflow Management Systems” at Groiss Informatics GmbH.
His responsibilities at Groiss Informatics GmbH include leading the development of @enterprise. Additionally, he acts as a senior consultant on projects.
